Beach party is the second in the series of Best Nights Ever… record covers I have been working on for House label Seamless Recordings. Look out for the crabs out to keep the noise down, a mermaid enjoying the music and a few familiar faces including a devoted clubber wearing an Indian headdress.
The first in the series of Best Nights Ever… is now out. I have been working on illustrating the series of record covers that starts off with House party. Commissioned by Seamless Recordings and design work by Nick Cannon Studio. Each double CD comes with a foldout illustrated poster of mad party scenes with lots of characters doing weird and wonderful things.
The Tru-thoughts music video competition 2005 is up and running on the website from today! See my animated music video of Alice Russell’s track ‘Sweet is the air’ featuring a stray ice-cream on Brighton beach. Also check out Duncan Raitt’s animation for TM Juke, Remember 99 (top quality).
